| Wi-fi Overload | | Posted by Jess on November 7, 2005 @ 3:22 PM EST | There's a lot of wi-fi related material out there all of a sudden. Apparently, there have been some sightings of a wi-fi commercial airing for the first time today. Keep your eye out for that.
On a more Animal Crossing related note, the Animal Crossing: Wild World forums at Nsider have officially opened as of today. Even better, all the wi-fi forums don't require Nsider's usual waiting period. If you're a new member, you can post immediately. |

| Nintendowifi.com is up | | Posted by Jess on November 7, 2005 @ 1:49 PM EST | www.nintendowifi.com has finally launched. There's so much new information there that it should make many of you who were waiting on this announcement very happy.
My favorite tidbit is in the Animal Crossing section. Apparently Nintendo is going to give away exclusive wi-fi items. Yay, Nintendo!

| Animal Crossing: Wild World Ads | | Posted by Jess on November 6, 2005 @ 8:24 PM EST | Several people have reported seeing Animal Crossing: Wild World standees and cardboard diaramas in stores. I took a look around locally, and managed to find a small display with AC:WW art. That picture, for lack of a better home, is now up in the screenshots section. Hopefully, more of these types of pictures are to come.
I've got a ton of submissions that need to be sorted through, so I apologize to anyone who emailed who hasn't heard back from me yet. Updates are coming. :)
Also, remember that tomorrow is the launch of www.nintendowifi.com. It opened prematurely today for a bit. Some people got to try out the hotspot locators. :) The rest of us will just have to wait until tomorrow. Not that long, is it? |
